Forgot Password - Support Center

If you've forgotten your Support Center password, follow the steps listed below to reset your password. 

 

  1. Go to https://help.adastra.live/hc/en-us.
  2. Click on Sign In.
  3. On the dialog box, click on Forgot Password.

  4. Check your email for an a reset password email from support@aais.zendesk.com titled - Set a new Ad Astra Support Center password.
  5. Click on the Set a new password link in the email .
  6. Create your new password.

  7. Sign in with your new password.
