Inactive Customers Select in Event Request form
Inactive customers are able to be selected in the Event Request Form. This was supposed to be fixed according to this article 4 years ago https://help.adastra.live/hc/en-us/articles/360034620811-2018-Astra-Schedule-Release-Notes
We were told to do this if Student Organizations were on probation so they could not request events. Come to find out they inactive all of them during their renewal period which forces them to renew.
What is the purpose of the Active indicator if not to restrict them from requesting events?
I was told I could use filtering and select the ones that can submit forms. That is not an option. We have 555 customers and the student organizations are maintained by the Student Activities Office who do not have access to edit the event form.
