Email to requester when event is approved/denied
Currently, when the space(secondary approval) approver approves or denies an event in a space the optional comments are NOT included in the email to the requester. We need this to happen as it includes instructions for the room or reason for the denial. It is also not saved anywhere in the event record or history for future reference.
I submitted a ticket on this and was told to post it here. This seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed rather than an enhancement.
