Add Est. Attendance Field to "Create Event" window.

Please add the Est. Attendance field to the Create Event window, so that users can enter this number without having to click the 'more options' link. If the field appears on this window, it will help with the speed of event submission and back-end reporting purposes.  

The event form used to create a new event can be accessed from various places in the application:

  • Homepage
  • Calendars and scheduling grids
  • Search for available rooms tool
  • Event list page.

There are many events created that have the defaulted zero in the est. attendance field, which doesn't help to report usage.  I created a screenshot to better visualize the request. 

Please share your comments about any other benefits to this additional field.
