Event Request Form - Conditional Questions
It would be extremely useful to have the Event Request Form to have conditional questions as this would allow a simpler form for all users.
Thank you!

Agreed - It would also provide administrators the ability to condense request forms. For example: faculty, staff, and students could all be directed to the same form, rather than having forms specific to their profiles.
How many times can I hit that up arrow! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
Please tell others to upvote this as much as possible to show developers this is a need.
Our special events team does not want a form that is three mouse scrolls long, and conditional questions will address the problem while still improving the overall customer experience. The form is even longer now since we added COVID-19 related questions to ensure campus safety.
The form my users have to fill out requires that they input a dozen instances of n/a as the form is built to cover three completely different types of users.
We would appreciate this as well, however, we did not fully implement the standard Request form because decentralized approver / schedulers saw it as making the process more complicated without on-demand notification of requests submitted.

What do you mean by "on-demand notification of requests submitted"?
Hello Vicki, I mean that (email) notification of requests should be sent to approvers on-demand (when submitted) like the following Product Feedback thread that you have commented on, however, in previous versions of Astra Schedule like 8.3.x and 8.4.x our approvers would get a list of All reservation notifications not just new or pending request submissions and since approvers are decentralized they could step on each others toes by approving request for different rooms at the same time if there was not one specified. This has been an issue for us for the past 3 years without resolution. I should check again if this is still the case that all requests are sent in the notification email. We are on AS 8.9.2 and scheduling to upgrade to AS 8.9.3 soon as we are experiencing the defect of cross-list sections not updating that 8.9.3 is to fix.

Sorry if this detracts from this thread's main subject ...
We really need conditional questions. We actually had to go out and create our own form to collect questions for student organizations.
