Generally for event meetings greater than one year in the future, we require requestors to communicate more with event schedulers to clarify needs and not just submit a request form as we have not yet integrated enough to utilize Resources in Astra.
We have Ag Events at one campus, like barrel racing and animal judging, that is scheduled 2-3 years in advance, so that like 1200 days would be more desirable for our needs. Facilities setup for these kinds of multi-day events takes a couple days as well.
However, on-demand approver notification of event meeting room requests are what we need even more for Event Request Forms to be usable
