Fall 2020 Scheduling COVID-19-TEXAS Style
Guess what I just figured out!!! I went in to the Room record and created "COVID (50% Capacity)" and "COVID (25% Capacity)" configurations. I made the "COVID (50% Capacity) the DEFAULT. When I created an event, it looked at the "defaulted" configuration's max capacity!!!
Now I have a way to adjust my max capacities without having to create new room records. Our Academic team is going to see if it works on the Academic side so they can possibly run the optimizer using the new defaulted configuration.
