Managing My Account


To get the biggest value from the Support Center, you will need access so you can post, comment, follow, vote, and mark content as helpful.

If you have already created an account, simply go to the Support Center and select “sign in” in the top right-hand corner.  You will be asked to enter your email and password.

If you have not created an account, follow the steps below to complete the setup of your Support Center access.

  1. In the top right-hand corner, select “sign-in”.
  2. Select “sign up” next to “New to Ad Astra” to create your account. 
  3. Enter your full name and email.                                                   
  4. You will receive the following message requesting that you log into your email to verify your account.                                                                          
  5. Once verified, you can return to the Support Center and log in.



If you want to update your password, simply select the down arrow by your name in the top right-hand corner and choose “Change Password”.

If you forget your password, select “sign in” in the upper right-hand corner, and then “Forgot my password”.  After completing a couple of simple steps, you will receive an email to reset your password.


My Activities

To see and manage your activities, log into the Support Center, select the down arrow in the top right-hand corner by your name and choose "My Activities".

My Activities will provide you with lists and configuration options for your requests, contributions, and the content you are following.

Requests are support tickets you have submitted.  (Visit this post to learn more about submitting and managing support tickets.)  Contributions are the posts and comments you have made in the Support Center.  For both Requests and Contributions, you can see a listing of when and what you have posted and a link to quickly find them.

The Following tab allows you to see the sections, articles, topics, posts, and users you are following in the Support Center.  In this area, you can view and edit what you’re following, as well as adjust when you would like to receive notifications.  The notification options are different depending on the type of content you’re following. 


My Profile

Under My Profile, you can see your Activity statistics in the Support Center and a chronological listing of your activities, posts, and comments.

By selecting "Edit Profile", you can update your personal information, including your name, profile picture, email, phone (optional), and a professional description about you (optional). Additional guidance is available in Personalizing Your Profile.
