How to Ask a Question
One of the ways you can engage with other members in the Support Center is by logging questions in the Community and working together to find answers.
Before you post your question, there are a few things you should know.
Basics
First things first, you can only post in the Support Center if you have an account configured and you are logged in. For guidance on creating your account, check out Managing My Account.
Check out the article Posting in the Community - The Basics for additional guidance.
- Searching the Support Center before posting
- Posting valuable content with the right amount of detail
- Selecting the right topic and populating a clear subject to ensure the right audience sees your post
Posting Your Question
When you're ready to post your question, simply select “New Post” and populate the form with your question.
Once you are comfortable with your entry, you can select “Submit” to post your question.
Once your post is published to the Community, you have the option to edit or delete the post by selecting the gear icon.
