How to Ask a Question

One of the ways you can engage with other members in the Support Center is by logging questions in the Community and working together to find answers.  

To post in the Support Center, you must have an account setup.  For guidance on creating your account, check out Managing My Account.

Posting Your Question

When you're ready to post your question, simply select “New Post” and populate the form with your question.

Once you are comfortable with your entry, choose the topic that best fits your content.  Then select “Submit” to post your question.

Once your post is published to the Community, you have the option to edit or delete the post by selecting the gear icon.



When you add a post in the Community, you will automatically be following that post without having to select the Follow button.  When members of the Community comment on the post, you will receive an email notification.  If you choose to stop following the post, you can either select “Unfollow” on the post itself, or you can go to your personal settings and adjust your notifications (see Managing My Account).
