How do I add a user if I can't get past the Duplicate Person message?

Astra Schedule only allows one email address per user record. If you're trying to add a user but are unable to get past the Duplicate Person message then follow the steps below to resolve the issue. 

  1. Open Settings from the main menu.
  2. Select People.
  3. Search for People record using the filter panel.
  4. Remove User from Responsibilities.

  5. Click Save and Close.
  6. Add the User using the steps outline in User Overview.
  7. If you added the user successfully and need to re-assign the Primary Responsibility to their People profile, navigate back to the People record to make the change. 

If you're still unable to add the user, please submit a support ticket.
