Astra Schedule only allows one email address per user record. If you're trying to add a user but are unable to get past the Duplicate Person message then follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Open Settings from the main menu.
- Select People.
- Search for People record using the filter panel.
- Remove User from Responsibilities.
- Click Save and Close.
- Add the User using the steps outline in User Overview.
- If you added the user successfully and need to re-assign the Primary Responsibility to their People profile, navigate back to the People record to make the change.
