Pathway Assignment Review Report

Overview

The Pathway Assignment Review report provides the ability to see any discrepancies in the load of pathways. 

Filters

Filters default to ‘all’ of that category unless otherwise noted.

• Years (defaults to the past five years)
• Term (defaults to all terms that occurred in the last five years)

Pathways Missing Students Widget

The Pathway Missing Students widget is an indicator panel that shows the percentage of pathways that have no students assigned to them.

Widget Interaction

• Left-clicking on the panel will cause a table to appear below that will show the pathways that are missing students.
• Clicking on the panel again will hide the drop-down table.

Pathway Missing Students in All Terms Table

The Pathways Missing in All Terms table shows the pathways that have never had a student assigned to the pathway and lists the pathway name and the effective term of the pathway.

Pathway Missing Students Table

The Pathways Students table highlights pathways that do not have students in a specific term. and lists the Program, Major, and Concentration of the pathway.

Students Missing Pathways Widget

The Students Missing Pathways widget is an indicator panel that shows the percentage of students that do not have pathways assigned to them.

Widget Interaction

• Left-clicking on the panel will cause a table to appear below that will show the pathways that are missing students.
• Clicking on the panel again will hide the drop-down table.

Student Credential Associations Table

The Student Credentials Associations table shows the student credential (program, major, concentration) and how many students are associated with that credential by term. This will show what credentials students have that do not get assigned a pathway.

Student Pathway Associations Widget

The Student Pathway Associations widget is a pivot table that shows all pathways and the number of students associated with the pathway by term.

Widget Interaction

• Clicking on any hyperlinked item will navigate to Student Course Taking.
• The selection will filter the Student Course Taking widget to the selected term and pathway.

Students with More than One Pathway or Credential Widget

The Students with More than One Pathway or Credential widget is a pivot table that shows students that have multiple credentials associated with them by term. The student id, their credentials, and their associated pathways are displayed.
