Event Crystal Reports Created by Ad Astra

The Events by Date and Time with Resources, Notes, Configuration, and Setup-Teardown report uses the Events by Date and Time with Resources, Notes, and Pre-Post as the foundation, but includes the addition of the Room Configuration column. This report will be helpful if different configurations of rooms are being scheduled!

The Events by Building and Room for Selected Attendance and Selected Date Range report can be used if you are using the “Estimated Attendance” field on events.
You can run the report to find out the events within your specified date range that had an attendance of greater than or equal to an attendance number. For example, you can run this report to find out where events were held between September 1st, 2020, and September 29th, 2020 that had an estimated attendance of 15 or more.

The Schedule Events by Event Type for Selected Date Range with Event and Event Meeting Count groups event meetings by the associated event type and counts the events and event meetings for that event type within the selected date range.

• The Event Count is the running total for all event records with the related Event Type.
• The Event Meeting Count is the total of individual event meetings with the related Event Type.
• In the event below, the event Astra Conference would count as 1 Event, but the Event Meeting count is 4.
• The last page of the report will provide the total Event count and Event Meeting count for all events and event meetings within the selected date range.

The Scheduled Events by Customers for Selected Date Range with Event and Event Meeting Count groups event meetings by the associated Event Type and counts the Events and Event Meetings for that Customer within the selected date range.

• The Event Count is the running total for all event records with the associated Customer.
• The Event Meeting Count is the total of individual event meetings with the associated Customer.
• In the event below, the event Astra Conference would count as 1 Event, but the Event Meeting count is 4.
• The last page of the report will provide the total Event count and Event Meeting count for all events and event meetings within the selected date range.

Today’s Scheduled Events by Building and Room for Selected Resource Category is a subscription-friendly report that will default to include only events with resources in the specified "Resource Category" happening on the current date. When setting up the Report Subscription, you will need to specify which Resource Category of resources should be included. You can only select one resource category per report subscription.

If you would rather group by date and time, use the Today's Events for Selected Resource Category by Date and Time report. 

Incomplete Events for Next 31 Days by Date and Time with Contact and Notes is a subscription-friendly report that only includes events with a status of Incomplete for a rolling 31 days.

Next 7 Days Events by Date and Time with Resources Notes, Pre-Post, Contact and Email is a subscription-friendly report that uses the Events by Date and Time with Resources, Notes, and Pre-Post as the foundation, but dynamically updates to only show events happening the day it is run plus the next seven days of events. It also includes the column additions of the related Customer Contact and their Email Address.
