All Activities by Room for Selected Building, Date, and Time Range with Count of Impacted Students can be run to see which sections and events are occurring within a building on an individual day for a selected time frame.

For example, if I want to know the total amount of actual enrollment and event estimated attendance that would be impacted by a building closure on September 15th in Partridge Hall between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., I can run this report to learn that 564 students activities will be impacted.

The Weekly Room Grid - Landscape report is the Weekly Room Grid report included in all Astra Schedule sites, but its orientation is Landscape for institutions that would prefer that page layout.
