The Meeting Patterns in Use and Dates and CRN is a subscription-friendly report that uses the Meeting Patterns in use as the foundation but includes an additional column to display a section’s course reference number (CRN) from Banner.

The Room Optimization - Bottleneck Sections by Subject with CRN report uses the Room Optimization – Bottleneck Sections by Subject as the foundation and includes a column to display the course reference number (CRN) from Banner. This report will be helpful if your student information system is Banner.

The Room  Optimization - Infeasible Sections by SUbject with CRN is a report that uses the Room Optimization – Infeasible Sections by Subject as the foundation and includes a column to display the course reference number (CRN) from Banner. This report will be helpful if your student information system is Banner.

The Room Optimization - Scheduled Sections by Subject with CRN report uses the Room Optimization – Scheduled Sections by Subject as the foundation and includes a column to display the course reference number (CRN) from Banner. This report will be helpful if your student information system is Banner.

The Room Optimization – Scheduled Sections by Subject – Excel Friendly report is exactly as it sounds. If you export this report into the file format “Microsoft Excel (97-2003) Data-Only”, there will not be any unnecessary columns with empty data.

The Sections by Building and Room for Selected Term, Campus, Delivery Method, Building, and Subject report allows you to pull a specific list of sections by adding multiple parameters. Although the section list will allow you to search for most of these things, the addition of the Delivery Method allows you to be even more granular. Delivery Method by default is populated only with “Standard” unless the spoke file has been modified.

The Sections by Subject for Selected Term and Campus with Do Not Optimize report is designed to specifically show any sections that have been marked “Do Not Optimize” for the selected term. These sections will not be optimized in the Scheduling Sandbox.
