There are a few ways you can share your Ad Astra knowledge with other users in the Support Center. One of those ways is by sharing reports you love and can’t live without. The process below outlines how you can share those reports and how they will be made available in the Support Center for other users to access.
How do I share my report?
In order to share your report, you will need to submit a support ticket. Follow the instructions below to ensure you’ve provided the information we need to review the report and share it with the Ad Astra community.
- In the Support Center, select the Support button in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Complete the required fields, with a special focus on the description, where you will describe the report and its purpose
- Attach the .rpt file
What happens after I submit the request to share my report?
After Ad Astra receives your request, the report description and purpose will be reviewed. If it is determined the report can be useful for the Ad Astra community, any instituion specific data or branding will be removed and the report will be posted in the Reports Shared by Astra Users section. We will provide you the link when the ticket is resolved.
