If you are unable to sign in to Ad Astra, you can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the Sign In page. Once you submit your Username, you will receive a link via email which will redirect you to a page where you can input a new password. If you do not receive a reset email from us, please create a support ticket and we can assist you.
*If you are not receiving the email to reset your password, make sure that you are clicking 'forgot password' at app.adastra.live rather than https://reports.adastra.live/
