Add Sequence Rows
Add additional rows to a Pathway to specify new course requirements, choices, or alternates.
- Open an existing Pathway.
- Click Add.
- A blank row is added to the top of the page and a new course or course choice can be added. The sequence number defaults to the next sequence in the list based on how many entries exist in the Pathway.
- If needed, edit the sequence number. An existing sequence number can be duplicated to represent course choice.
- For a given row, either a course, course group, alternate course, or alternate course group. can be selected.
- Enter the number of credit hours of progress expected to be made for this sequence number.
- If the row represents a course choice scenario (multiple courses with the same sequence) then you may, if desired, enter the probability value you'd like to place on the course in question. If this value is not entered, the system will use the calculated probability.
- If applicable, check the box to indicate that the row represents a milestone or gateway course.
- Click Update to add the row to the Pathway in sequence order.
- Continue to add rows as needed. When finished, click Save (or Save and Close) to commit your changes.
