Import and Export Job Log Files

Import and Export Jobs generate log files when they are executed.  These logs contain detailed information about the job and any errors encountered.  This is useful information for troubleshooting and validation. 

Once a job has been executed, either manually or scheduled, the job log files can be accessed from the job list.

To view log files created for import or export processes:

  1. Click the Settings tab.
  2. Select Import/Export Management. 
  3. Click the View Job Artifacts icon next to the job name. 
  4. Select wither Save, View Artifact, or View File as Plain Text for the specific file to view.

The Astra Schedule support team will be able to assist in the location and interpretation of information within the available log files.
