You may subscribe to an Astra Schedule calendar to receive email notifications regarding activities on the calendar. Subscribers can opt to receive messages for new activities that were added, activities that have changed, or both. In order for an activity to qualify for the subscription notification, it must match the filter requirements for the calendar to which the user subscribed. Therefore, the subscription option is only available on saved calendars that include pre-defined filters. You may subscribe to any calendar to which you have access that meets the criteria.
Subscription notification email messages are not sent immediately when a triggering activity is identified. Instead, these activities are collected and processed periodically to help reduce the number of messages received. The system will send one message that includes all of the qualifying activities each time the subscriptions are processed. By default, the system will check for activities and send messages once per hour, between the hours of 6 AM and 10 PM.

Editing Subscription Settings
In order to change your email address or subscription options, simply re-subscribe to the same calendar and edit your settings. Your subscription for the specific calendar will be reconfirmed and overwritten any time you re-submit the form.

- A confirmation message is displayed in the application browser window.
Subscription Messages
Once subscribed, the system will begin periodically sending email to the address specified with an overview of new and/or changed activities:

Comments
Melody,
Is there a bug on this feature? I am not getting the report in my Outlook email.
Vicky
Hi Vicky,
I am going to create a ticket on your behalf so we can get your issue resolved.
Melody
Thanks!
Hey Melody. I was trying to use the calendar subscription and was unable to use it. One of my employees put in a ticket, but they were saying that were unable to fix. Can you look into it for us please?
Sorry Melody, I didn't explain. When we click on the envelope, it appears like it is going to work, but there is a prompt with an error at the end.
It is a known bug and to my knowledge has not been fixed.
Good morning Berky Alvarez-Valentin,
I looked at the tickets that both your employee and Vicky have submitted for this issue and Vicky is correct, this is a known bug. There is a ticket opened on our development team, however, it has not been prioritized.
We urge both of you to post in the product feedback section of the community where our product team monitors comments on a regular basis. Here you can vote for functionality you would like to see implemented. This will give you a direct voice to the product team.
While we cannot promise that every feedback communication will result in development work, we can promise that the product team regularly reviews all product feedback and gathers opportunities for enhancements and suggestions for new features. This information is considered and incorporated as new product updates are developed.
Have a great day,
Melody
