Answer

If you have events in a certain room that aren't appearing on reports. The first place to check is the room detail page to see if the room is missing the Facility Layout. Once you add a facility layout under the room configuration the room should show on reports. 

If the events or room is still not showing on the reports, please submit a support ticket.
