Why is a particular event not showing on the calendar when there are other events in the same room that appear on the calendar?
If your event is not displaying on the calendar it is supposed to display on, we recommend checking the Calendar Filters to see what limitations are in place to filter the results. Cross reference the filter with the event and event meeting to make sure the event passes all the filter criteria.
A commonly missed field we see is event meeting type. This one can be easily overlooked as you need to drill down to the event meeting to add the event meeting type.
The event status is also an important field to check!
If the event has all the required fields filled in to match the location and event filters on the Calendar Filters and the event is still not visible on the calendar, please submit a support ticket so we can assist you!
