Why am I receiving blank report subscriptions?
If you were receiving report subscriptions in the past, and now, you've noticed that those subscriptions are being received, but are showing as "blank"; You'll want to make sure the user that created the report subscription is currently active. Generally, a report subscription will be received via email. When a report subscription is received, and displays as "blank", this is because the user that created the report subscription has been inactivated in Astra Schedule. The inactivated user may be activated, so that report subscriptions may continue to display data without inconsistencies, or the user may remain inactivated, and a new report subscription will need to be created. The new report subscription will need to be created by an active user in Astra Schedule. Once the new report subscription is created by an active user in the application, the report subscription will populate data. Also, the parameter set associated to the report subscription may produce zero results, causing the report subscription to show as "blank". You'll want to be sure that the report produces results based on the parameters associated to the report subscription.
